FINANCIAL COUNSELOR
EDUCATION:
-High School graduate or equivalent with college business accounting
preferred
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION
-None required
EXPERIENCE
-Experience in Business Office setting with billing/collection background
in Medical field essential
-Attention to detail and excellent human interaction skills required
-Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
-Must have a business understanding of corporate compliance
-Must be functionally able to operate business office equipment: Personal
computer, calculator, FAX, photocopier and printers with the ability
to type at least 50 WPM
-Must maintain a good personal credit history in order to provide
credible assistance to others in financial situations
-Experience with Microsoft Office products required
PROFESSIONALISM/GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT
-Attends mandatory education programs
-Attends and participates in department meetings and in-services as
directed
-Expands knowledge by attending seminars and workshops to develop
professional growth
-Participates in department quality programs
-Assists with training and orientation of new associates
-Maintains skills/competencies for the position

MEDICAL RECORDS - CHART
RETRIEVAL & RETENTION
Responsibilities:
-Pulling charts for Physician/Practitioners appointments, patient
phone calls, hospital admissions, and all other requests.
-File hospital and clinic charts in numeric order.
-Updating and filing of dictation and reports into patient charts
-Assists in processing requests for dictation from outside sources
such as Nursing Homes and Hospice.
-Assists and delivers charts to facility personnel.
-Assists with medical record retirement, retrieval, merging and security.
-Answers incoming phone calls.
-Demonstrates organizational skills, time management and have ability
to prioritize work to meet established time frames.
Qualifications:
-Excellent computer skills
-Pleasant personality and has the ability to meet and work with people
easily.
-Excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette.
-Good organizational and planning skills.
-Sensitivity and ability to anticipate the needs of others.
-Must be able to work with constant interruptions.
-Being able to multi-task is a must.
Hours: 32 hours per week

RADIOLOGIC TECHNOLOGIST
Responsibilities:
-Operates imaging equipment and performs quality radiographs by applying
principles and radiation physics and protection according to the recommendation
of the North Dakota State Health Department
-Must have a good understanding of diagnostic radiographic principles
which include:
1. Radiographic Positioning
2. PAC's
3. Quality Control
4. Radiation Protection
5. Computer Skills
-Will be cross trained into CT Scanning and performing EKG's and Holter
Monitors
-Possible Mammography training for right candidate
Qualifications:
-Graduate of an educational program with clinical experience accepted
by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
-Must be licensed through ARRT
-Experience with PAC's required
-Good organizational and planning skills
-Educational background and training that will assist the person to
fulfill the duties of the position

Responsibilities:
- Ability to work in a standing position for up to 8 hours
- Ability to climb stairs
- Ability to operate housekeeping equipment after instruction
- Basic housekeeping, cleaning and sanitizing
- Vacuuming
- Other duties as assigned
Hours: 40 hours per week, day shift. Will work
some Saturdays and various shift rotations. Excellent pay, full benefits
offered, and paid time off (PTO).

-Receive and obtain specimen for lab analysis and ensure proper patient
identification and sample
-Collect venous and arterial samples from patients in a timely manner
-Maintain departmental records as required

-Maintain necessary qualifications and enhances degree by participating
in educational programs
-Follow quality control policies
-Accurately performs each test as described in manual
Qualifications:
-Graduate from an approved institution with at least 1 year of accredited
education (MLT or MT applications will be accepted)
